Default "aquarelle" as a verb?

Hello there,

I have a small question.
Can you use the noun "aquarelle" as a verb?
I have a pice of English poetry lying on the table and the author asked me to check the grammar etc. So that is :"To aquarelle" instead of the rather unpoetic line " to make a watercolor painting of".
Remember, it's poetry and there's always a certain amount of freedom within poetry. Nevertheless I want to make sure that he's not saying something overly stupid.

Thanks and greetings from The Netherlands

Of course that should be "piece" instead of "pice".

Dictionaries don't give it as a verb, but, as you say, poetry has extra licence.
