treat
Hi there,
Question 1
If somebody pays me for lunch, can I say like this?
Thank you for your treat. OR
Thank you for your lunch.
Question 2
If I want to thank somebody by paying him for lunch, can I say like this while inviting him for lunch?
May I treat you for lunch?
Thanks

It's understandable/okay, but 'Can I treat you to lunch?' is usually said.
Thanks
