Default Could not find the proper word or compound noun

(1) A force with which you can break out your force suddenly. Is it called "break-out force"?

(2) Spurt

For example: In 100 meter run, at the last minute, you make a brief intense effort to finish the final run.

Can we say you spurt at the last minute?

What about?

thrust: push with force from the inside
burst: to explode

The door burst open.
He thrust the door open.
