Default Through the old hole in the wall

Good morning. I am translating a play.
I would appreciate some help here.

You think you’re better than me? Pig. Well think again. Because
we’re gonna play for your soul and I’m gonna win and you’re coming through the
old hole in the wall with me tonight Sharky. Now get up.
What is the old hole in the wall here? I do not think it is the ATM.

I hope your eye is in. I hope your game is up. Because to tell you the truth, I'd love a run for my money just once.
Can you explain, rewrite those three sentences for me?

A: (Handing Richardan envelope) Here there’s a card here for you.
B: Who’s it from?
A: The Department of Social Welfare.
A: (Throwing it away) Ah that’s only my balls!

What does A mean when he says "Ah that´s only my balls!"?

If this play is set in a prison, then the hole in the wall might be an escape tunnel or something similar - ie: you and I are escaping tonight.

I hope your eye is in. I hope your game is up. Because to tell you the truth, I'd love a run for my money just once.

I hope your eye is in - Comes from shooting, where your eye is in once you have established the range and are regularly shooting bullseyes on a target.

I hope your game is up - That you are in good form and ready for anything.

Because to tell you the truth, I'd love a run for my money just once -Because I can assure you that just once I would like to succeed.

He is being sarcastic. He is suggesting that the Department of Social Welfare have taken everything from him - "balls" is slang for "testicles".

If really helps if you give the basic theme of the plot for the play as that can affect idiomatic usage. I have given some suggestions above, but they may be wrong.
