Hi. a quic question. we say neither OF THEM IS\ARE COMING.
SHALL WE SAY EITHER OF THEM IS AND ARE AS WELL?
PLEASE, NEED SOME HELP TO CLARIFY IT AND USE IT CORRECTLY,
