Typically, these are first person and third person forms of the present simple.
First person, I have, third person, he has.
First person, I do, third person, he does.
It is only the third person form (he/she/it) that changes. The other forms (you, we, they) remain the same. You have, we have, they have. You do, we do, they do.
Similarly with negatives.......I haven't, he hasn't. I don't, he doesn't.
