AND please kindly draw a tree diagram to account the phrase structure of the sentence below..

Pardon a tangential intrusion, but how ARE people being taught English out there?! It's being rendered into some hybrid form of mathematical Construction Engineering! How can people hope to be spontaneously fluent if they're having to remember and apply formulae and think in tree diagrams.
