there is or there are
If you see any problems, can I have your comments? Thanks in advance.
I have lived twenty three years, and for my life, I have expereinced a lot of things. There are( or were??) happy, sad or( and???) regrettable experiences.

Again, "and" /"or" is a stylistic decision. Both work.
