What is the name of a sport event, mainly running, which test participants' agility. There will be a lot of things for participants to go through, like the things in dog agility competition?

Normally, (at the Olympics), the things that participants go through are divided into separate activities....the vault, the parallel bars, the rings, etc. I have not seen participants running between these activities. Perhaps you are thinking of a sport unique to one country ?

triathlon

an athletic contest consisting of three different events, typically swimming, cycling, and long-distance running.

pentathlon

an athletic event comprising five different events for each competitor, in particular (also modern pentathlon) a men's event involving fencing, shooting, swimming, riding, and cross-country running.

You might be thinking of an 'obstacle course'.
