    "Neurotic" can have a variety of meanings in medicine and in general use. In general, it refers to a behavior pattern that is abnormal but less serious than "psychotic".

    IMHO, there are more words describing disturbed mental conditions than words describing normal mental conditions. Furthermore, each word describing a disturbed mental condition can have a variety of meanings. Thus, there really is no straightforward pairing of antonyms.
