We need a loan to start the company and we need a company to get the loan. It's a chicken and egg situation.

Where did the very very first chicken come from, I mean, zillions years ago? It must be coming from an egg. But where did that egg come from then? There must have been a chicken to make it. And so on. It's a kind of vicious circle.

FRC has it. :D It's a vicious circle, a self-perpetuating cycle of events.

Example
These days students graduating from university complain about how difficult it is to get a job; When they go on job interviews the companies won't hire them because they don't have work experience. But in order to build up work experience the students have to have a job. You see, it's a circle, a vicious circle. It goes around and around. There seems to be no solution, no way of improving one's situation.

Example
Let's say you want to start your own company and so you go to the bank for a loan. When you get to the bank, they tell you, "Sorry. We can't give you a loan because you don't have experience running a company. When you get experience running a company, please come back and see us. We will give you a loan." But, how can you get experience running a company if no one will give you the money to start your own company? It's a vicious circle, a chicken and egg situation.

Where did the very first chicken come from? Well, the chick came from an egg, and the egg came from a hen, and that hen came from egg, and that egg came from another hen, and so on and so on. It's a cycle that goes on and on.

That are really good examples. To your 1st example:

This is not only by students or by unemployeds. Its also by the derelicts. If you have no accommodation you don't get a job. But without job, you don't get an accommodation.

I think, that this is very hard. There a surely a many of derelicts, who want to change their life, but they don't get a chance

Last year I was with a friend on an christmas markt. There was an derelict who sat on the street. My friend goes to an stand who sold mulled wine, and bought him a cup. I asked, why she has do this. I don't understand this, because I thought that derelicts are drinking enough alcohol.
She answered, that it is very cold. And if you drink alcohol you get warm and you can better sleep.
It's really true, but I had never spend a mind of this :(
