I am studying English . I don't understand would mean . Also , I don't know how to use it . Please help me.

I am not a teacheer, but here is my suggestion:

"Would" : used in future tense sentences

I would like to write better
You would prefer to read than to write
Would you come to my party?
What would you do if he refused your invitation?
