Default Rewrite the sentence for helping understand

Context:

JFYR:
Bad lucks went away with his ransom.
Lost money satisfied bad lucks.

--------------------------------
(1) What is "JFYR"?
(2) Please rewrite "Bad lucks went away with his ransom".

(3) If you are convenient, rewrite the last sentence.

I don't know, but I'd guess it's Just For Your something.

The first sentence would make sense if 'Bad lucks' were a nickname. Can you give the original context because it is hard to work out what they mean from this little information.

in some countries like asia finding money means good luck and loosing money means bad luck however in other countries (i think india or mexico<-- not really sure < i saw it in a movie>)
droping money on the floor means dropping your bad luck along and picking up money on the floor means picking up someones bad luck

HOWEVER on the other hand i would be very excited to find $$$$ on the floor.

I believe gonghai's explanation for JFYR (i.e., Just For Your Reference) is correct. It's another way of saying, "by the way" or "Did you know?"

Please note that, luck does not take -s.

I also like gonghai's explanation about dropping money. In addition, and more food for thought for you, there's a saying in English, Money is trouble. That is, if you have money, then owning it will only cause you grief in the end because it will most definitely begin to own you. Loosing it or giving it away (i.e., ransom) is good; it reduces the bad luck.

All the best, :D
