I cannot understand the last part of the following sentence:
'The Landlord' means the party named as 'landlord' in the Lease and includes the person for the time being entitled to the reversion immediately expectant on the determination of the term.
I mean the part that starts with "...person for the time being entitled to the reversion immediately expectant on the determination of the term."
Could you please explain the meaning of that section or reformulate it, if possible.
