Medicine vs Medication
What are the differences between medicine and medication?
-
Re: Medicine vs Medication
medicine is a substance that you treat an illness or a study or practice of treating or preventing illnesses
on the other hand medication is a medicine, or a set of medicines or drugs used to improve a particular condition or illness
so you can not say alternative medication or traditional medication as the study or practice is meant here. We say alternative medicine or traditional medicine in this case.
hope I was able to shed some light on it.
cheers
