Please help with topic and thesis statement sentences

I am confuse about thesis statement and topic sentence

so please any one who able to explain them comprehensively because I have written many essays. However, I am really suffering from them harmfully.

If any one has file that explain them efficiently please send it to me as soon as possible and I need sample of them to identify them clearly.
