Default "This got to be the restaurant"

    Dear Teacher,

What's the meaning of "This must be the restaurant" and "This got to be the restaurant"?

Whether it means "It is a restaurant" or it means "it must be that restaurant"?

Thanks a lot for your kind assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Cicily

Say "Does it mean...?". Indeed, it means "it must be that restaurant". Some context is expected, or the sentence would be incomplete as is (eg. the restaurant in which I nearly choked to death on a fishbone"
