Default Is it ?

Is it fine to say this:

1. Even a fish also has a heart.

You can say so (it is grammatically correct).

"also" is unnecessary unless there is a context for it. Is this a stand-alone sentence, or part of a paragraph?

It's like this: Many people catch fishes and eat them. So I would like to say that it has also a heart, don't treat them like food.

Allright.

But is it fine to say: "Even a fish also has a heart." ?

You do not need "even" and "also". One or other is quite enough.

Well. For example: A boy likes a girl, but the girl doesn't like him. And the girl tells the boy that he doesn't have a heart. And the boy feel hearted.

And the boy thinks that "even a fish also has a heart".

And the boy thinks that "even a fish also has a heart".

Even a fish has a heart.

The girl is saying that you, as a human, do not have a heart. You are thinking that, even just a fish in a pond has a heart, so of course, as a human, I've got a heart!

or you could think/say:

A fish has a heart and so do I!
or
A fish has a heart and I do too.

'also' doesn't really fit in this context
