Default Walk the wire

"Walk the wire for you, yeah, I'd die for you."
Is "Walk the wire "for you an idiom? What does it mean?
Thank you very much.

wire refers to a tightrope wire, which is a wire rope that is stretched tightly, high above the ground, on which acrobats perform. To walk the wire is dangerous, especially if you're not an experienced acrobat, because the fall can kill you. "I'll walk the wire" means, I'll do anything to prove my devotion/love for you.

All the best, :D
