where on the letter should i put the name of the other person i am sending a copy of the letter to ?

At the end of the letter, after your signature, you put "c.c. John Smith".

If you are sending copies of the letter to more than one person, then "c.c. John Smith, Emma Peel, Anthony Blunt"
