Hi,
could you please proofread the following sentence (especially the highlighted part):
The wage shall always be paid monthly as a single payment on the 15th day of the following month to the Employee’s personal account.
Is it correct to say "single payment" if the payment is repeated every month? I would just like to say, that each monthly wage will be paid in the form of one payment and not in installments.

The wage shall always be paid monthly as a single payment on the 15th day of the following month to the Employee’s personal account.
The way this was phrased in my last contract was:
The wage shall be paid monthly in arrears on the 15th of each month into the Employee's personal account. |

Are you sure that you haven't confused installment with (regularly) bank transfer?

Oh, I'm surprised. I've never heard about wages being paid in installments.
I'm not sure if single payment means that it is only a "one-time" payment.

The monthly wage shall be paid in arrears and in full into the Employee's account on the 15th of each month. |

It is nearly ok, but there is a difficulty is the interpretation of the following month - the following month to what? That is why in English employment contracts it is expressed as payment in arrears.
The sentence I suggested is a logical progression:
1 The frequency of the wage is stated = monthly wage
2 point of payment is stated = in arrears [meaning at the end of the worked month]
3 In what amount = in full
4 where is the payment to go = into the Employee's account
