I need to write a certificate, to prove that I used to live in another rental room before I apply a new rental accommodation. but I dont know what the format is like. could anyone tell me the format and some words that i should use in this certificate. i will be very grateful.

A bit difficult not knowing what is require of you., and your present rental position.
I would go back to whoever requires the certificate with



I write to advise that in applying for xxxxx rental accomodation, I was previously a tenant, for xxxx years in xxxxx. I am able to produce any supporting documentation/references you may require. Please advise me accordingly.
