Default Just need help

Questions:

1. Where can I find some information about how to use "already" and "yet".

2. Like the above question, should I said "where can I" or "How can I"?

3. The verb after should always be past participle, right? For example, I've never done any thing wrong.

4. I've been taught that if something is a fact, we use simple present tense. Can anyone give me an example? If I have a teacher used to teach me English years ago. Should I said she is my English teacher or she was (or were) my English teacher?

I hope to hear from you. Thank very. :D

1. You have a "Search Site" input box on the left side of this page. Type already and click Go.

2. 'Where can I' is fine.

3. "I've never done" is fine. Your question is not clear though.

4. Eg. Two and three makes five. She was your English teacher.
