Default legal document

Hi,
I have filed a lawsuit against someone and have received a reply letter from the other party's lawyer. In the letter, it mentions something about "the defendant requires the claimant to dismiss the claim at costs". Can someone please tell me what "at costs" in this sentence means? Thanks

I believe it means that they want you to pay for the legal fees they have incurred so far.
