which sentence is right?
I have been studying for 2 years. When I finish the 5th year, I will be able to get diploma.
I have been studying for 2 years. When I have finished the 5th year, I will be able to get diploma.

He would leave as soon as he had hear the news last night.
He left as soon as he had hear the news last night.

Both are correct.

He would leave as soon as he had hear the news last night. Incorrect. "would" implies future action; "last night" tells you it is a past action.
He left as soon as he had hear the news last night.
