The outside BOXES containing the goods are becoming stained (with grease) from the huge container boxes used for shipping.

Zoe needs to tell his shipping compnay to clean their containers; Zoe is getting complaints from his customers that goods are arriving stained.

outside boxes = shipping containers (AKA shippers)

Zoe needs to tell the shipping company to use different shippers.
