Default to get used to

Hello teachers,

could you help me with this?

I am trying to get used to the usage of "to get used to" and "to accostumate":

Could I say:

I am accostumated to have nothing for breakfast.
I get used to have orange juice for breakfast every monday.
I am trying to make my son to be/get used to eat vegetables every day.
I am trying to make my son accostumated to do his best when he plays soccer.
I am trying to get myself accostumated to practice sports every day.

Thanks in advance
