When signing a letter for another person, where do I put my initials?

When signing a letter for another person you do this:

Yours sincerely,

[ YOUR NAME SIGNED HERE as normal]

pp John Smith[The name of the person for whom you are signing]
Managing Director Sales Director [their company title]
