The stone feels rough?
You can only transform a sentence into passive if the verb is an action verb DONE by the subject.
The dog bites the food - The food is bitten by the dog.
(The dog does the action 'biting'.)
The stone feels rough - we can transform this to passive if the stone performs an action.
