I’m sorry to advise you that, your personal effects are still stocked in the forwarder’s warehouse, because Jeff do not want to disclose his UK’s residence to the forwarder, which cannot present it / the proof to the UK customs. But, don't worry, I will trying to ship them in the other way and help to resolve this problem. Will keep you posted on the status
