Further to our discussion regarding my salary revision last week. I already told to you that my percentage increase is only 0.015% more compared with last year (last year's was 0.07%; this year's is 0.085%), even though I was promoted to Sales Supervisor this year. I am disappointed about that. Was my performance poor? I understand that I need to take more responsibility for extra duties, and supervise two members of our team, but this percentage increase seems low to me. Would it be possible for you to reconsider my salary revision? My target salary is ***.
