Question the use of the article "the"

Hi,

I would like to know if the use of the article "the" or the absence of it in the sentences I am going to write below would change the meaning or the context of the sentences:

a) I am in and out so much, email is best way to catch me.
b) I am in and out so much, email is the best way to catch me.

thanks

Hi San,
The article is required. There's no change in meaning when you leave it out - it's just ungrammatical.
