I am petitioning for my grades to review. I wanted to know should I use review or reviewed in the sentence below.

I am requesting for my grades in English and Science to be reviewed for the Gifted and Talented program.

You need the past participle form 'reviewed', MsNyree because you must use the passive voice to describe what's happening to your "grades". 'grades' cannot review themselves, they need to be acted upon by someone.
