Question at home vs. in my home

I want to know the usage of "at home" vs. "in your home"
such as " what do you do at home (or) in your home?"

And also teach me about the usage of "at school" vs. "in your school"
like, "when i was at school (or) in my school"...

I'm a beginning learner of English.

Please, make me happy about this.

at home is an idiomatic expression.
in my home=inside my house, not outside.
The same works for "school".
