Is the caption written correctly?
Hello everyone
I'd like to ask if the following caption (in a report) sounds good in English:
Recommendations by managers of functional divisions for the T&D department for optimizing employees' teaching process at Soft Skills training.

Re: Is the caption written correctly?
teaching process- are the employees the teachers?
Soft Skills training- is Soft Skills the compnay doing the training? If not, then you could capitalise training as part of the course name.

No, the employees are taught at this training.
Should I use 'educational process' in this case?
