Can you help me to describe the following sentences?
I am like water, which is smooth, flexible and dynamic. LIke water which can go through any rough course where a lot of rock exist, i am flexible. ... these components are essential to live a good life , so I feel lucky that I have those characteresics.

In English the use of a comma after So in this sentence would be incorrect, and inserting the full stop after exist breaks a logical flow.
Like water which flows around the rocks filling a rough course, I am flexible. This is essential in order to live a good life, so I am lucky to have this characteristic.

Punctuation is not my strong point. Something I should definitely work on.
