I used to inform my customer the shipment details after shipment has gone, that is a "shipment advice" to my customer
If I am going to inform my customer the shipment details before the shipment has gone. I am not sure which of the following "Pre-shipment advice" or "Shipment pre-advice" should be the correct email subject?
Sorry for my unclear question. Please see the revised in red.

It would be pre-shipment advice.
Some companies give bids.
Here is the bid for the job.

Here is the job bid you requested.
If you're referring to giving the customer the details such as bill of lading number or truck number or information specific to an actual order, I would probably call it "Shipping Detail." Then preface the document with language such as "Following are the details for shipment of your P.O. number _________, which is scheduled to ship on __________."
Oops, I read the original question wrong.
That could also be a Packing List, a list of the items that actually went out.
