still in progress!
in past perfect progressive,
is the action still in progress (in the past) when the second action takes place (in the past)
"It had been raining for two minutes when i gave her my umbrella."
so when i handed her my umbrella, was it still raining then ?
(i know that in present perfect tense, the job is still in progress from a specific period of time)
Tenses tense. . .
