    Default not... nor

Once again, I need help... please

I'm trying to translate a sentence that is, to me, very complicated ...

    I tried to use use neither/not/nor.... but I couldn't...

    Here is the sentence...

This unbelievable type of marriage, ''The Sige Marriage'' isn't considered as a sin in the eyes of God nor there were any punishment in the Iranian Law.

    Is the above sentence correct...

I know how o use neither/nor.. ıf the sentence is basic

Neither they consider this as a sin, nor they consider illegal...

this is ok.. ( I hope)

but If it is a bit complicated I can't do it properly..

in this sentence... in the first part .. we are considering the situation for the eyes of God
in the second part... we are considering the situation for the legal-side

Hope I could explain my problem...

    You have a couple choices:

[it] isn't considered a sin in the eyes of God nor is it punishable under Iranian Law.

[it] is neither considered a sin in the eyes of God nor is it punishable under Iranian Law.
