    What does mean "though" at the end of a sentence (,though)

    It's often used informally instead of However, at the start of a sentence; it contrasts with the sentence, idea or utterance that came before. I see it used a lot on the internet in places like forums and use it myself; it seems a less in-your-face and aggressive way of expressing a contrary view.

    That cake looks so good, I could eat it all by myself. I'm not going to, though.

    (In this sentence, "though" means "even though I'd like to."
