If you are serving someone at table: "How much fish would you like?"

If you are serving someone at a fish stall: "How many [fish] would you like?" {{Normally you would name the type of fish - salmon, cod, herring, mackeral etc}}

If the beans were in a prepared dish, refried beans or pork & beans, then they would be viewed as a mass, hence uncountable, Bieasy. In this case,

How much pork & beans do you want?

How much refried beans do you want?
