Hi Perfect,

Will is more straightforward, sort of, would is more polite and used when you are not really sure.

The meaning is more or less the same.

Will it be ok if I take the day off tomorrow? = You think the answer is going to be yes, no problem

Would it be ok if I took the day off tomorrow? = You are not sure about the answer.
