Default ice cream

Hi, everybody.
I have a question about one.

Which one is correct?

I have vanilla and chocolate ice cream for dessert. Which would you rather have?
( ) They're my favorite flavors.

1. Either one.
2. Neither one.
3. Two of them.
4. I'd prefer none.

Either one seems right, but isn't ice cream uncountable?

Hi mochimochi

'One' refers to flavor, not ice cream; i.e., I prefer either one of those flavors:

A: I had vanilla and chocolate ice cream for dessert. Which would you rather have?
B: Either one [flavor]. They're my favorite flavors.

1. Either one.
2. Neither one.
3. Two of them.
4. I'd prefer none.
