Is it correct to write :Tom and Anna are being happy to spend the weekend with her ? Or is only : " " will be happy " "

If it's meant as a polite reply to a nice invitation I'd definitely go for
Tom and Anna will be happy to spend the weekend with her.
or , if it's spoken English, even
Tom and Anna are happy to spend the weekend with her.

But I'd definitely not be happy with
Tom and Anna are being happy to spend the weekend with her.
