Question disappointed

Hello. I would like to ask you which of these forms is right to say:

Her mother was disappointed in her behaviour. OR
Her motherwas disappointed by her behaviour.
Her mother was disappointed over her behaviour

I´ve liked reading books on History all my life.
I´ve liked to read books on History all my life.
And if we use the polite form I would like, the following verb has to be into continuous or infinitive form.
Sincerely

I think you can use any of them.
I´ve liked reading books on history all my life.
I´ve liked to read books on history all my life.
Use only the first one.

And if we use the polite form I would like, the following verb has to be into continuous or infinitive form.

'would like' takes an infinitive (or 'would like' + object + infinitive)

I would like to travel to Ireland.
I would like you to phone me as soon as you are back home.
