Territory-land or sometimes sea, which is considered as belonging to or connected with a particular country or person.

Land- the surface of the Earth that is not covered by water or
an area of ground, especially when used for a particular purpose such as farming or building.
Land can also be a country.

They are similar in meaning. Context is master.

Eventually= in the end, especially after a long time or a lot of effort, problems:

It might take him ages but he'll do it eventually.

Did you mean "in due course"? If so, it means:at a suitable time in the future.

You will receive notification of the results in due course.

Does it make sense?
