Go through and Get through?

Could anyone examplifying me the usage of these verbs? showing me their different meanings and applications?

Both are phrasal verbs but have different meanings.
GET THROUGH means to be successful in some work or attempts.
I tried to talk to you several times but failed to get through.

GO THROUGH has many applications as demonstrated in the following sentences.
(1) The vehicle could not go through the narrow lane.(passing off smoothly)
(2) He went through every room, looking for his lost papers. (searching for something)
(3) You won't believe how much difficulties I've went through. (met with unpleasant situations)
(4) I think we need to go through the whole exercise again. (Repeat the same action)
