Default cracking smile???

This is a common expression in French, "un sourire craquant", where of course the smile does not crack, but would get the observer melting...
How would you express this in English?
Is there on the Internet a place where someone could find such idioms translation?

Thank you,

Frédéric

Salut Frédéric,

I would say: a charming/adorable/lovable/winning/irresistible smile.

Merci François,

So it seems that there is a nuance that cannot be rendered when translating... too bad.

I have the same question with another expression, it is, in French, "nez en trompette", any idea?

Merci ! :D

to have a turned-up nose; to be snub-nosed.
You're writing a poem to your English-speaking girlfriend? ;)
