Default Preposition "I" and "me"

Hello! I'm new here. This s my first time on this site and forum. I hope it's fine with you. I am fond of reading blogs and have constantly encountered sentences like this

"Ana, me, and John are going to participate..."
" Ana and me are bestfriends."

Are these correct? Please help me. Thanks.

It would be regarded as too conformist to use correct spelling and grammar in blogs - a bit like wearing jeans that don't have a rip in them!

So - if you can understand what the blog is saying, good, but don't try to learn English from blogs!!
