    Question some doubts

Hi, is the connector "unless" appropiate in the following sentence?
"I'll be working here unless I win the lottery"
And, does the word "billable" exist? E.g. "The minimum billable is ..."
    Thanks in advance

'billable' is the adjective, as in a law firm having 'billable clients'.
